Yesterday, I, as Sovereign Empress Emmy, Queen Ann of England & Spain had the pleasure of opening the Senate after the end of the Monarchy Wars in 2025. The official opening Date of Congress is March 3, 2026 and every March 3 from now forward.

Now that the Senate is officially open, I request the clarification of all senators elected into their offices and request each elected Governor to schedule elections for absent & retired senators.

All inherited Seats of the Senate and all government inherited seats are in the possession of Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Sovereign Empress Emmy Chief of the United States. She will begin the process of appointing senators to those seats after she has secured her offices in the HART building. Any Governor by inheritance is a seat in the possession of the Chief of the United States SAM. I , Chief of the United States, declare elections for the Senate seats in those states where I inherited a Governor seat and there are missing or retired elected senators.

The seats historically granted to members of the Royal Family related to Queen Elizabeth II are now seats granted to members of the Family related to Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Chief of the United States.

I look forward to working with the Senators of the United States in creating a stronger United States and a Stronger Union between states and nations.

Dr. Emmy Ann Horstkamp, JD inherited her Seats in the US Congress and has accepted all her inherited Seats in the US government so that she may work on treaties and resolving reservation and jurisdiction issues now that peace had been declared in the monarchy wars.

Dr. Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Sovereign Empress’s focus is to make sure that the representatives to the inherited Seats represent the political parties historical to the seats are appropriate for the family members who will be filling those seats when they reach the appropriate age and that the politicians appointed to the seats are willing to assist the family members to prepare for their roles in Congress.

Dr. Emmy Ann Horstkamp, JD accepted the inherited seats and will focus her work on international treaties which deal with her monarchies, drafting agreements, writing declarations to protect the free movement of people, the rights of people in each state of the United States Union and to stabilize democracy and her monarchy assets held within each State.

Because of her new roles in the US government, Dr. Emmy Ann Horstkamp, JD Sovereign Empress will be looking for staff to manage her private corporate project Trefuly which focuses on business development and health coaching.
