On dormant military bases in the United States, I’ve declared a new monarchy for the purpose of holding data forms for intelligence gathering and archiving of the Monarchy digital and film archive within the physical boundaries of the United States and to collect the duty tax from all persons on the properties of the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England and Spain. The name of the Monarchy is Lago Real and it is based in an old military base located in the boundaries of Atlanta, Georgia.
